Creme Egg 2025 Retailer Promotion
- Entry is open only to owners/verified retail managers of independent convenience (‘Independent Retailers') within the UK, aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
- The promotion period begins at 00.01 GMT on 2 December 2024 and closes at 23.59 GMT on 28 February 2025 inclusive (‘Promotion Period’).
- Purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
- Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, set up your Cadbury Creme Egg display including Cadbury Creme Egg 2025 Points of Sale (‘POS’) in your Independent Retailer or Booker/BRP store. Then, visit snackdisplay.co.uk/competitions/easter-cce-display-competition and complete the online form with your details (full name, email address, retailer name and full store address including postcode) alongside uploading a photo of your POS display to be entered into the Competition.
- Further Entry Details:
- Eligible Cadbury Creme Egg 2025 POS include headers from Cadbury trade cases.
- Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per Independent Retailer store during the Promotion Period. Owners/verified retail managers of multiple stores may enter once per store.
- Entrants agree to grant the Promoter in perpetuity a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in their entry for all purposes connected with this Promotion, including but not limited to display on the Promoter’s website, social channels, in any publicity, advertisement or case study carried out by or on behalf of the Promoter in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet and any other website of the Promoter or its agents/contractors (all forms of “Media”) choosing and use of the submission, or part(s) of the submission in marketing materials relating to this Promotion.
- Each entrant also grants the Promoter and its agents/contractors the right to moderate, edit, modify or remove any submission in the Promoter’s, it’s agents or assignees’ sole discretion, in whole or in part, for display on the Promotion website or in any materials relating to the Promotion.
- Entrants agree to the inclusion, publication, reproduction and/or other use of their entry by the Promoter in any Media.

- HOW ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED: All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (subject to Moderation) will be independently judged by PromoVeritas within 21 days from the close of the Promotion Period to select 40 shortlisted entries based on the following criteria (“initial shortlisting”):
- Impact – How effective is the display and what range does it include, will it affect business results by helping sales (scored out of 10)
- Creativity and Ingenuity – How original and ingenious is the display, is there a creative and relevant theme (scored out of 10)
- Use of space – How effectively does the display make use of the store layout and space available (scored out of 10)
The shortlisted entries will be judged by a panel of judges, within a further 7 days from initial shortlisting to select 30 provisional winners from the shortlisted entries based on the same criteria. The provisional winners will be ranked respectively within their category and will be awarded a Prize based on their ranking. See Clause 7 for a Prize breakdown by ranking.
- Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
- are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
- contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
- contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
- contains any content which is generated or influenced by AI;
- promotes any political agenda.
- RETAILER NOTIFICATION: In order for a Prize to be awarded to a winning retailer, the retailer must confirm acceptance of the Prize. Provisional winners will initially be contacted via the email address provided upon entry and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
- Prizes will be paid in the form of Amazon e-vouchers to the verified retailer manager. Please allow 28 days for despatch from date of Prize acceptance. In the unlikely event that the Prize does not arrive within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter my emailing cadburycremeegg25retailers@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

- The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Prizes may be transferred between the verified retail manager and a member of staff within each specific winning retailer, at the discretion of the winning verified retail manager. Otherwise, the Prizes are not transferable outside of the specific winning retailer, or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
- In the event for any reason the Prize winners do not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- Provided no objection is received, the store name and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to JS15112 Cadbury Creme Egg UK Retailer Competition, PO Box 704, Pinner HA5 9PF within 3 months of the end of the Promotion. Winners may request their store name and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Retailer Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
- If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to all promotional matters.
- The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Acts (1984 and 1998). - These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Retailer Christmas Display Competition
1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to UK Independent and Affiliated Independent retail store owners or managers who are aged 18 or over. Any employees or workers of the Promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion) are excluded from entering this Promotion. Participants confirm they are 18+ by entering this Promotion.
3. Promoter Details: Mondelez Europe Services GmbH – UK Branch whose address is at Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH.
4. Promotion Period: Enter between 13:30 on 14th October 2024 and 00:00 on 1st December 2024 inclusive.
5. Any entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this Promotion.
6. How to participate: Go to Snackdisplay.co.uk and fill out the entry form and upload one photograph of your Christmas display.
7. Maximum Claims: Maximum of 1 picture will be judged per Retail outlet during the entire Promotion Period. Incomplete claims and duplicate claims will be disqualified.
8. Claiming the Prize: If a Participant’s submission is selected, they will be a provisional winner and may need to sign a Release Form.
9. Further Details and Conditions:
- The Prizes will be paid via BACS to the stores nominated business account of the selected submission only.
- The Participant is responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any payments made into the wrong bank account.
- The Participant must have a valid UK business bank account.
10. Selection: Pictures will be judged by a panel of judges, including an independent party, by the 14th December , based on the following criteria:
- Impact – How effective is the display and what range does it include, will it affect business results by helping sales.
- Creativity & Ingenuity – How original and ingenious is the display, is there a creative and relevant theme.
- A random draw will then select 15 winners of Cadbury Christmas jumpers.
11. Notification and Acceptance: If an eligible Participant’s submission is selected, the Promoter’s agents will notify the Participant by sending an email to the Participant via the email supplied on entry within 14 days of selecting the provisional winners, and provisional winners will have 14 days to accept the Prize. The Promoter and its agents will not notify any Participant if their submission is unsuccessful. If the Promoter and its agents select a Participant’s submission, their display picture may be used in any media published by the Promoter and/or its agents as per clause 5 .Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in receipt of promotional communication relating to the Promotion (including checking their junk/spam).
12. Prize Delivery: Delivery of the prize will take place within 28 days of the date of prize acceptance.
13.Promoter will provide the details of the participants (surname and country) to the Advertising Standards Authority on its reasonable request.
14. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the gift in order for their gift to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects gift acceptance or delivery.
15. Any prize returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details being supplied will be considered unwanted and the prize will be forfeited and delivery will not be re-attempted.
16. The prize cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
17. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, malware incident, technical failures, pandemic, epidemic, Government Order / Guidelines, delay in delivery of Promotional packs (including to the Promoter by its own suppliers), or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
18. You are responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the Gift.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of the participant to check junk/spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if a direct message is missed for any reason.
20. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
21. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
- Verify the eligibility of participants by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
- Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
- Disqualify entries/claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
- Disqualify spam, bulk entries/claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
- Disqualify entries/claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly.
- Disqualify entries/claims which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
22. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries/claims are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision will be final and they will have the ultimate discretion as to the eligible claimants.
23. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize and void any entry in the event of any participant’s (or the Promoter reasonably suspecting any Participant’s) fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of the value of the prize if the prize has been awarded.
25. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information participants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at https://snackdisplay.co.uk/privacy-notice/. The Promoter may disclose personal information of the participants to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with participants.
26. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Promotion. Additionally, the Promoter is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites of these Terms and Conditions and where such reproduction misstates or omits an of the information or terms and conditions connected with this Promotion.
27. The Promoter is not liable for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, the Promoter has no obligation to provide a replacement prize.

Terms of prize
- All services on Sky Glass are streamed via broadband, a minimum speed of 35Mbps is required to use the Prize in full.
- Only one Sky TV subscription can be provided at an address. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer and has Sky Q or Sky+, they will need to take a TV subscription for Sky Glass. We will bill the winner for their existing Sky TV subscription until the Sky Glass TV subscription is activation. Sky Q customer will need to send back their Sky Q boxes within 60 days of receiving Sky Glass otherwise they may be charged a non returns charge. Third party subscriptions not paid for via Sky but viewed on Sky Q or Sky + will not be viewable on Sky Glass. Recordings on Sky Q or Sky+ will not automatically transfer. If winners have Disney+ or Spotify via Sky, these will not automatically transfer to Sky Glass and winners will need to sign up directly to each via Apps Marketplace on Sky Glass.
- For 12 months, the winner will get their Sky TV subscriptions via their Sky Glass TV for no charge. Sky Ultimate TV via Sky Glass is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at anytime on 31 days notice. Ending your Sky Ultimate TV subscription will end your offer period. After your 12 month offer period, all Sky TV subscriptions will become chargeable at their then standard price, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing.
- You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Mann to win this Prize.
- The Prize does not include:
- A broadband subscription. All content via Sky Glass is streamed so you must have broadband of at least 35Mpbs to use all the elements of this Prize;
- Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events all of which if offered via Sky Glass will be chargeable at the current standard price
- Sky Stream puck and the Whole Home subscription will allow you to watch Sky TV on another TV with a compatible HDMI port. This is included as part of the Prize. After 12 months, the Whole Home subscription will be charged at the then standard price unless you cancel it. The Whole Home subscription is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at anytime on 31 days notice. Cancelling your Whole Home subscription will mean your Sky Stream puck will no longer stream any content.
- Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.
- If you do not activate Sky Glass within 14 days of receiving Sky Glass, we will automatically activate it for you and your Sky TV subscriptions will start from activation.
- Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with either Sky or another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
- There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
- Prize winner will own the Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream Puck. Separate Terms and Conditions apply to Sky Glass and Sky TV subscriptions.
- The winner will need to set up a Sky Glass account either online at sky.com or via the MySky app in order to manage their account. Email address required for account login and for Sky to keep in touch about the service.
- Sky Glass delivery currently average a 28 day waiting period
- Prize winner has a choice of 5 x Sky Glass colour finishes; Ceramic White, Ocean Blue, Racing Green, Dusky Pink and Anthracite. Prize winner will need to confirm colour preference upon acceptance of the prize. Colour stock is subject to availability and may result in a longer waiting period.
- Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos pack required to watch Sky content in UHD/HDR and Dolby Atmos. Not all content available in UHD and/or HDR. Content must be optimised to watch in Dolby Atmos.
- Netflix basic is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV subscription and allows viewing in one screen in SD. Netflix terms of use apply.
- 43” Sky Glass has an energy efficiency rating of G on a scale of A-G.
- Selection: Winners will be selected from a random draw via an independent process after the 30th November. Entrants can only win one prize
- Communication to Winners: Winners will contacted within 14 days of the prize draw by email and have 14 days to accept the prize from the date of contact.
- Delivery of prize : The Promoter will take reasonable steps to have the prize delivered within a reasonable time frame, subject to Sky’s prevailing delivery times . The Promoter cannot be held liable if the prize is delivered on a date later than dates provided by Sky. The Promoter will not accept liability for items being lost or damaged in transit.

In the event of duplicate Retail Ideas, the first submission received will be viewed by the judges and duplicate ideas will be entered into the Wrap-up Draw.
12. Notification and Acceptance: If an eligible Participant’s submission is selected, the Promoter’s agents will notify the Participant by sending an email to the Participant via the email supplied on entry within 14 days of selecting the provisional winners, andprovisional winners will have 14 days to accept the Prize. The Promoter and its agents will not notify any Participant if their submission is unsuccessful. If the Promoter and its agents select a Participant’s submission, their Retail Idea will be displayed in any media published by the Promoter and/or its agents as per clause 5 .Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in receipt of promotional communication relating to the Promotion (including checking their junk/spam).

2. The Promotion distribution period begins at 00.01 GMT on 26 December 2023 and closes at 23.59 BST on 31 March 2024.

4. HOW TO ENTER: A total of 30 half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Eggs for Independent Retailers and a total of 6 half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme egg for Booker/BRP will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst stocks of regular Cadbury Creme eggs in Independent Retailers and Booker/BRP that display half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg point of sale displays under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. If a half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg has been won in your store, you will automatically be eligible to win a prize once the winner of the half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg registers their Egg with the Promoter.
5. HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE: Each half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg distributed is recorded. At the point in time that a consumer calls to claim their prize, PromoVeritas, will match up the records to establish which retail store the half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg was distributed in. Following a valid consumer claim, the retailer will then be contacted within 28 days and made aware that a half milk chocolate, half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg was distributed and claimed within their store.
6. RETAILER REQUIREMENTS: In order for a prize to be awarded to a winning retailer, the retailer must confirm acceptance of the Prize. Retailers will initially be contacted via the telephone number held on record by the Promoter or via the telephone number publicly available, only store managers will be communicated with. Two attempts will be made via telephone call and if a retailer does not claim the Prize via this process, a letter will be sent to the retailer in the post and requesting them to contact the Promoter within 14 days, from the date of the letter, should they wish to claim the Prize. Failure to accept the prize within this time period will result in the Prize being forfeited.

Otherwise, the prizes are not transferable outside of the specific winning retailer, or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
13. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.

Provided no objection is received, the store name and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to JS13742 Cadbury Creme Egg UK Retailer Winner List, PO Box 704, Pinner HA5 9PF within 3 months of the Claim by Date. In the event they win, winners may request their store name and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing CremeEgg@promowinners.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
16. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
17. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to all promotional matters.
